We'll take all returns within 30 days for US orders, and allow returns up to 60 days on international orders. Just find your order on your Account Page, and click the little "Return Items?" link. The rest is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, contact us! Once you submit a return request, we'll contact you with further instructions.
If the return isn't for our error, we'll refund you the original price of the products, but not the cost of shipping. Fair? We'll process a refund within one or two business days of us receiving the product back.
If the return is for our error, though, that's totally on us, and we'll make it right! Just go through the same return process above, but we'll give you the option of a full refund, or just getting you the product you ordered, at our expense.
